As am always saying first backup your template means take a guarantee of safety.

Open the Template>> Click on Edit HTML>> Click inside HTML viewer for focusing, then press CTRL+F.

Search the below code and the below code would present two or three times in your template so kindly do the work on second or third not in first otherwise it will crash your template.
<data:post.body/>
Now replace the above code with the below code.
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType != &quot;item&quot;'>
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType != &quot;static_page&quot;'>
 <span class='post-comment-link'><b:if cond='data:blog.pageType != &quot;item&quot;'><b:if cond='data:post.allowComments'><a class='comment-link' expr:href='data:post.addCommentUrl' expr:onclick='data:post.addCommentOnclick'><data:post.numComments/></a></b:if></b:if></span>
<div expr:id='&quot;summary&quot; + data:post.id'><data:post.body/></div>
  <script type='text/javascript'>createSummaryAndThumb(&quot;summary<data:post.id/>&quot;);</script>
<span class='readmorebutton' style='float:right'><a expr:href='data:post.url'>Read More &#187;</a></span></b:if></b:if>
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == &quot;item&quot;'><data:post.body/></b:if>
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == &quot;static_page&quot;'><data:post.body/></b:if>
Change Read More with your desired word.

Then, find the below code.
<b:include data='post' name='post'/>
And replace the above code with the below code.
<b:if cond='data:post.isFirstPost'>
<b:if cond='data:blog.homepageUrl == data:blog.url'>
<div id='first'>
<b:if cond='data:post.title'>
<h3 class='post-title entry-title'>
<b:if cond='data:post.link'>
<a expr:href='data:post.link'><data:post.title/></a>
<b:else/>
<b:if cond='data:post.url'>
<a expr:href='data:post.url'><data:post.title/></a>
<b:else/>
<data:post.title/>
</b:if>
</b:if>
</h3>
</b:if>
<div class='first-body'>

<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType != &quot;item&quot;'>
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType != &quot;static_page&quot;'>
<div expr:id='&quot;summary1&quot; + data:post.id'><data:post.body/></div>
  <script type='text/javascript'>createSummaryAndThumb1(&quot;summary1<data:post.id/>&quot;);</script>
<span class='post-comment-link'><b:if cond='data:blog.pageType != &quot;item&quot;'><b:if cond='data:post.allowComments'><a class='comment-link' expr:href='data:post.addCommentUrl' expr:onclick='data:post.addCommentOnclick'><data:post.numComments/></a></b:if></b:if></span>
<span class='readmorebutton' style='float:right'><a expr:href='data:post.url'>Read More &#187;</a></span>
</b:if></b:if>
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == &quot;item&quot;'><data:post.body/></b:if>
<b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == &quot;static_page&quot;'><data:post.body/></b:if>

</div>
</div>
<b:else/>
<b:include data='post' name='post'/>
</b:if>
<b:else/>

Adjust width and height, which is present in red color with your template structure.

Customization

After implementation get some knowledge about how to customize this magazine style, for this check the above customization script that I mentioned with blue color because your work is in this script.

290 represent the small post summary when the image is not shown.

240 represent the small post summary when the image shown.

Both 80 numbers are for width and height of small post with thumbnail.

Guideline: The present blue script is the common / same, it is the customization of the big post.

Try to adjust this magazine style with your template body structure by changing the values of width and height in the CSS style sheet. You can also make him responsive by adding CSS media queries in the above CSS style sheet and if you got any error so discuss with us in the comments.
